I’m not sure if my order went through. How can I check?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your confirmation order and
listed items of your purchase.

If you haven’t received it in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If the email is not in your Spam folder, please send an email to cs@artynkitsch.com so we can re-send the confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email, you will find your tracking number.

I am purchasing an Artynkitsch item as a gift. Do you provide gift wrapping?

While we don't offer gift wrapping, every Artynkisch jewelry over $10 comes in a signature Artynkitsch pouch, perfect for gifting. Head bands or big items come in paper bags. We offer both pouch and paper bag upon request.

Do you only accept Credit Cards for payment?

We accept major credit cards and Paypal as forms of payment. We do not accept checks, cash, COD, and/or money orders.

Is shipping free?

Domestic shipping is only free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, there is a flat rate fee of $3 for domestic shipping.

International shipping is free for orders over $200. For orders under $200, there is a flat rate fee of $30 for international shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to allow for any cancellations once your order is placed.

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, please check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

To report damaged items, send a picture of the damaged item to cs@artynkitsch.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Goods damaged by customer negligence or goods without their original tags will not be accepted for a return.
